Home Health
Home Health care services are provided in the home under a healthcare Provider’s order. The patient must be homebound and can adequately and safely be cared for in the home. We offer post-surgical care, post-hospitalization care, wound care, IV antibiotic therapy, disease management/education, and training/education that may be needed for family members to assist in caring for their loved one.
Our nurses provide skilled and rehabilitative services in your home. These services may include:
Skilled nursing
Home Health Aide
Occupational Therapy
Speech Therapy
Physical Therapy
These services are provided under a physicians order, to homebound clients who can be adequately and safely cared for in the home.
Our Home Health care team is comprised of dedicated professionals who will treat you or your loved one with dignity and respect while receiving skilled care in your own home. If you or a loved one are in need of Home Health services, please contact our office for more information, to determine if you qualify, and to verify if your insurance is in-network at 618-576-2428 -Option 1.
Chore-housekeeping services are referred to the Area Agency on Aging at 1-800-252-9027.

Health Support
The Calhoun County Health Department offers a private pay program, called Health Support Services. This program is broken down into two types of licensed services, Home Nursing Services and Home Services.
Home Nursing Service
Medical services provided in the home to individuals with skilled nursing needs based on a fee per visit
Vital signs $20
Injection $25
Venipuncture (lab draw) $30
Dressing change (client provides supplies) $30
Education $25
Home Service
Non-medical assistance provided to individuals that need assistance with bathing/personal care based on a fee per visit
