Immunizations
In accordance with the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the CDC, the following immunizations are offered to children 0-18 months through the Vaccine for Children program:
DTaP/TD (Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis)
Hib
IPV (Polio)
MMR (Measles, mumps and rubella)
Varicella (Chickenpox)
Hepatitis A & Hepatitis B
Pneumococcal conjugate
Influenza
HPV
Tdap
Meningitis
There is a fee for administering immunizations. Call for more information.
Immunizations are given by appointment. Please call 618-576-2428 to schedule.
Children ages birth through 18 years qualify for the Vaccines for Children program if they:
● have Medicaid coverage
● do not have health insurance
● have health insurance that DOES NOT cover vaccinations
● are American Indian or Alaskan natives
Children who have medical insurance that covers vaccinations DO NOT qualify for the Vaccines for Children program.
Private insurance immunizations are also available. Please call to see if we are in network with your insurance company before making an appointment.
